Job Title: Content Copywriter
Joey Sturgis Tones, a leader in the pro audio industry, is all about empowering music creators with innovative audio solutions. Currently, we're seeking a talented and passionate Content Copywriter to join our team and help our brand resonate with audiences around the world.
Your role will be to write copy for both the JST and Drumforge brands as a member of the JST Content Team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Craft engaging and creative copy for Instagram captions, carousels, and Reel scripts that align with our brand voice and guidelines.
2. Develop compelling scripts for YouTube videos that captivate our audience and effectively convey our message.
3. Write persuasive sales video scripts that highlight the uniqueness of our products and inspire action.
4. Create compelling ad copy for various platforms that effectively attracts and engages our target demographic.
5. Collaborate closely with our creative and marketing teams to ensure all copy embodies our brand and optimizes user engagement.
6. Conduct thorough research to understand industry trends, our target audience, and effective language use.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a copywriter or related role, preferably within the pro audio or music industry.
2. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
3. Creative thinker with strong storytelling skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects with tight deadlines.
5. Proficient in using social media platforms, specifically Instagram and YouTube.
6. Knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing trends.
Requirements:
You must not be in a touring band.

1. You play an instrument and/or sing
2. You're familiar with our brand and have followed us on social media and understand our voice
3. You're familiar with Joey and his career and have followed him for a number of years

Compensation:
The starting compensation for this position is $1500 per month.
