More Time Playing, Less Time Tweaking

I have worked with countless impulse responses from other vendors, free and paid, to try and get a sound that was easy to work with and sounded as good as possible "out of the box". These IR's are the first experience I've had that dropping them into my rig yielded a good sound, regardless of which variant I used. This has, and will, allow me to spend more time actually PLAYING instead of constantly tweaking and changing to get the sound I want. Thank you so much for a quality product! Well worth the cost!

To anyone debating on whether or not to purchase this pack, spend the money. Nothing out there that I have found for free (or cheap) even comes close. You'll thank me (or more appropriately, JST) later.

Better Than Anything On the IR Market

If you have grown into the digital market, you have learned not all IRs are created equal. Most of the time you have to search through a bundle of a couple of hundred IRs just to find a decent one. Sure they have hundreds of Mic positions, but not all Mic positions are usable for recording an even more critical your live sound. If you have that kind of time to waste and enjoy the never ending “Holy Grail” tone quest Great! I don’t have that kind of time. Every IR in the JTW V30 IMPULSE RESPONSE PACK is usable right from the start with minimal adjusting inherent to whatever platform you are using, you have great tone right off the bat without having to EQ!

      IRs from heaven

There are a lot of IR's out there, these are among a select few that I keep on my travel drive because I know they'll work if I need them. My band record an EP about a year and a half ago, and to this day a lot of people ask me how did we get the guitar tones, we used our Axe-Fx with these IRs for every single guitar tone. The Fractal IRs are good, but these sound great when tracking we would play the song back and I'd go through a few until the guitar was cutting through the mix and then that was that tone for that patch. They all ended up being the JTW IRs. There are only two other IRs I use, a lot of companies offer them out there but very few actually understand the amp/cabinet relationship in relation to the mix like these.

Musical, clear IRs that make your mix sing.

I'll be honest, I've never been a huge fan of IRs before, simply because I've always felt that if you can mic a cab, you should. There's nothing like the realistic sound you get from a mic'd V30.

These IRs have changed that opinion for me. On a whim, I decided to buy the pack, simply because the pricing is so low, and it was worth every cent. Within seconds of loading them in my DAW, I managed to get a beautiful sound from my amp head that I thought was only achievable with a real vintage cab.

This has made mixing so much easier, faster, and more enjoyable for me. These IRs sound musical and realistic and they're easy to use.

Save yourself time and aggravation of mic'ing a cab- or using other IRs- and purchase this pack.

      <3 These IRs

I use the IRs from this over the one that come stock with my AxeFX and I'm in love. From my recording tone to my live tone I throw these IRs on as it adds life to my sound. None of the built in Axe ones really have this feel and often require much more tweaking to get it to sound similar.

If you're looking for something to assist you with getting those guitar parts to mix in just right I suggest giving this a purchase.
