The provider we work with is experiencing technical difficulties and as a result, it has inhibited our ability to provide you with the “instant download” order delivery experience you have come to expect from JST. We are just as upset as you are about this issue and are working on a way to improve the situation until there is a permanent fix. Our provider is also working around the clock to fix this issue on their end.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and we will work hard to correct it. We have records of every order, what is and isn’t delivered, and we will make sure everyone receives their digital items.
